Quick answer: One-eyed Bow is a Phantom Edge found in Meigu Lake, near the One-Eyed Isle Dock bell, as a reward or pickup in the world. The map below shows its pin.

Phantom Edges are secondary weapons in Phantom Blade Zero. You use them with the [Phantom Edges] button, and they cost Remnant Spark. What One-eyed Bow is good for

The One-eyed Bow serves two purposes. For field use, Ranged Shot can knock down certain suspended objects from medium to long range, whether or not the bow is equipped. During combat, Rapid Shot charges the bow through 3 stages, with each stage adding an arrow.

Leveling the bow changes how it fights. At weapon level 5, Death Ray adds a shot that pierces enemies and also hits the ones behind them. Death Gaze at level 15 and Thousand-Eyed Gaze at level 25 turn that shot into a continuous beam that drains Remnant Spark over time.

If you want to compare it with other ranged Phantom Edges, look at the Feather Bow and Goldblaze, which is found in Pangzhen. The best weapons to use early on are rounded up separately.
