Wen in Project Slayers 2 does not come from grinding mobs. It comes from one item, the Coin Pouch, and one merchant, Ginzo in Mistfall Harbor. Every efficient money route in the game is some version of the same loop: generate pouches, carry them to Ginzo, sell the whole stack at a fixed rate.
Quick answer: Run a boss rotation, loot the three guaranteed Coin Pouches from each World Events Chest, then sell the stack to Ginzo at Mistfall Harbor for 750 Wen each.
Coin Pouch value and where coin items drop
The coin line has four steps, from Coin up to Coin Pouch, and the Pouch is the only one worth planning around. It sells for a flat 750 Wen and the price does not scale with anything you do. The Archive menu lists each coin item along with its drop sources, which are the Sealed Cache tiers scattered across the map.

Because the rate is fixed, the only variable that matters is how many pouches you can produce per hour. That is why the payout math is so predictable. A sale is just your pouch count multiplied by 750, plus whatever spare loot you dump alongside it.
| Coin Pouches sold | Payout |
|---|---|
| 110 | 82,500 Wen |
| 196 (plus extra items) | 148,900 Wen |
| 331 | 248,250 Wen |

Ginzo will not buy anything the first time you walk up to him. There is a prerequisite quest involving the jeweler box that has to be cleared before the sell menu opens, and selling Coin Pouches also carries a level 45 requirement. Clear both once and the merchant stays open for the rest of your account’s life.

Sell everything in one visit. Metal Scraps, Refinement Ore and other boss junk can go in the same transaction, which is where those odd extra hundreds in a payout total come from.
Boss rotation Wen farm: three guaranteed Coin Pouches per kill
This is the fastest method once your character can actually kill things quickly. Every boss drops a World Events Chest, and that chest contains three guaranteed Coin Pouches. That is 2,250 Wen in pouches per boss before you count the quest payout on top, and it is the reason the rotation beats every other route.
Kill speed is the whole game here. A build with high damage stats compresses each fight, and since the chest is guaranteed, faster clears translate directly into more Wen per hour. Slow builds farm the exact same drops at a fraction of the rate.

Kasugai Crow boss quests
The Kasugai Crow holds the slayer-side boss board, and taking those quests before you start the rotation means you get paid twice for the same kills. The list is short enough to memorize and it is the backbone of a level 125+ route.
- Defeat Enru
- Defeat Nezura
- Defeat Akazo
- Defeat Datsai
- Defeat Gyutai

Muzan demon quests
On the demon side, Muzan hands out elimination contracts that work the same way. The Eliminate Sanemi quest pays roughly 2,000 Wen on its own, and the target still drops a World Events Chest with the usual three pouches inside. Accept the hunt first, then travel.

Server choice cuts both ways. A private server gives you uncontested bosses and clean respawn timing, while public servers are where the higher crow quest payouts sit at higher levels. Pick based on whether you are chasing kill volume or quest value.
Sealed Cache chest route for lower levels
If your damage is not there yet, chests carry you instead. Sealed Caches are split into three tiers on the map and the higher tiers hold better coin items, so the route naturally expands as your level climbs.
| Tier | Areas |
|---|---|
| Sealed Cache T1 | Mother Bear, Bamboo Grove Town |
| Sealed Cache T2 | Shinobu, Rengoku |
| Sealed Cache T3 | Iceveil Valley |

A workable beginner loop is to summon a horse, sweep the reachable Tier 1 and Tier 2 chests, then drop into the underground cave near Mother Bear and farm the boss Hoyuzo before heading back. Glowing red chests across Bamboo Grove, Butterfly Estate, Iceveil Valley and the Wilderness are the ones you want, and the ride into Mistfall Harbor closes the run.
What does not increase your Wen
Two things look like upgrades and are not. The 2x Wen gamepass costs 240 Robux and has no effect on what Ginzo pays you, since sell prices are fixed at the item level rather than treated as an earned reward. Arena PvP also pays less per hour than a clean boss rotation once travel and fight times are factored in.
Confirm the sale went through
Check the number before you walk away. Your Coin Pouch count should drop to zero in the sell menu and your Wen balance should jump by exactly 750 per pouch, plus whatever the extra loot was worth. If the pouches are still sitting in your inventory, the jeweler box prerequisite or the level 45 requirement is the thing standing between you and the payout.
