The Outskirts is region VII, and chapter 7, WITCH HUNT, opens here. The crossing and the edge of the city beyond it were wrecked by the sheer force of Nephtoglobin, but the plague was only part of their ruin. The place held out for a long time before it fell, and forces of the Shrike plastered anti-Napoleonic propaganda across the broken walls. Far off, the lighthouse still offers some hope, for however long it lasts.
Lanterns stand at Broken Bridge, Breach, Island of Whispers, Market Square, Lighthouse and Harbour. You fight Experiment 83, High Justicar Aurelius and Last of the Faithful in this region. Look for the Ambers Butcher's Carnage, Dominatus, Glass Soldier, Lunatic's Grasp and Surplus. Of the 14 chests here, 1 is trapped, so approach them with care. Pick up the Harbour Residence Key while you explore, along with 20 notes scattered through the area.
