FischFright 3, the 2026 Halloween event in Fisch, adds a haunted village called Caustic Hallow with 16 houses you can trick-or-treat at. Each door pays out Treats, the event currency, and some also hand over event fish for the FischFright 3 bestiary. Webby Winston’s quest also requires all 16. The houses are spread across hills, side streets, and a separate Pumpkin Patch, so a few are easy to miss.
Quick answer: Travel to Caustic Hallow aboard the Flying Dutchman, then equip your Candy Bucket and knock on each of the 16 numbered doors below. A second knock at a house won’t count.

What you need before knocking
Every house is in Caustic Hallow, and the only way there is the Flying Dutchman. When you spawn in Moosewood, turn right and walk to the edge of the beach. The ship is docked on the east side of the island. Board it and talk to the Dutchman Captain, who sails you straight to the event island.
The Candy Bucket lands in your inventory automatically once you arrive. It has to be in your hand when you interact with a door. When you knock, you get a choice between “Treat!” and “Trick!” Pick Treat to collect your reward.
If the Candy Bucket isn’t equipped, the door won’t let you trick-or-treat, and that visit won’t count.

Walking route through Caustic Hallow
Coordinates help, but most of these houses are easier to find by landmark. The village splits into three zones: the streets to the right of the spawn fountain, the road to the left past the Merchant, and the Pumpkin Patch to the south.
Houses 1–10: right of the fountain
From the fountain where you spawn, take the right-hand path until you reach a small bridge with a three-way signpost beside it. This intersection is your anchor for the first half of the route. House 293 sits on a small hill behind the signpost. House 506 is the next one to its right. Then go the other way, where 167 is the first house to the left of 293 and 374 follows directly after it. House 111 is just across the street from 374.
Walk back to the signpost. House 632 sits on top of the hill overlooking the intersection, noticeably higher than the houses around it. From there, follow the main road back toward the town center. House 745 is on the left side of that road, and 429 faces it from across the street.
House 891 is right next to 745. Look for a cart loaded with pumpkins. Continue past the cart, heading back toward the Flying Dutchman, and you’ll find 477, the last house in that row.
Houses 11–13: Merchant road and Scarecrow’s Maze
Go back to the fountain and take the left-hand road, the one with the Merchant on it. Once you pass him, house 666 is on your left. Keep following the same path over a bridge, then turn left, and 979 comes into view.
House 813 takes the most climbing. Return to that bridge and head straight ahead instead of turning, climbing as high as the path lets you. That brings you to the Scarecrow’s Maze. Don’t go inside. Walk around the maze on its right side, and the house sits there at the highest point on the route.
Houses 14–16: Pumpkin Patch
The last three houses are in the Pumpkin Patch. The simplest way in is to go back to the fountain, take the right-hand path again, and follow the arm of the three-way signpost marked Pumpkin Patch. House 249 is right beside the Pumpkin Pete NPC, and 358 is on Pete’s left. House 467 is across the street from 358, tucked behind the large pumpkin king statue.

Trick or Treat rewards and Webby Winston quest progress
Each door you treat at gives you Treats, which you spend at the Dutchman Merchant on the Flying Dutchman. Some houses also drop event fish. House 891, for example, tends to hand one over, and those count toward the FischFright 3 bestiary.
The full loop also clears one of Webby Winston’s three quests. He lives in Webridden Cavern beneath Caustic Hallow, and his trick-or-treat objective counts 16 different houses visited with the Candy Bucket equipped. Knocking on the same door twice adds nothing. His quest tracker goes up by one with each new house, so a counter that doesn’t move after a knock means you’ve already visited that door.
Finish this objective along with his other two, catching 15 Cobweb Cod and landing 10 fish with the Webbed mutation in the cavern, and Winston pays out 1,000 Treats. That’s exactly what he charges for the Webweaver Rod, so the trick-or-treat route gets you a third of the way to a free event rod.
