Lucky Aura is AION 2’s skin-combining booster. You add one when you combine skins, and it raises the odds that the result comes out one grade higher. Each aura matches one skin grade, so a Common aura only helps with Common skins, and an Epic aura only helps with Epic skins.
Quick answer: Lucky Aura (Bound) adds 10% to Common skin combines and costs 2,550 Oath Coin. Achievements and Hidden Cubes also award it.
Lucky Aura effects by grade
The aura’s grade must match the grade of the skins you combine. The bonus is added to your chance of getting a higher-grade skin from the combine. It does not guarantee an upgrade.
| Item | Item grade | Applies to | Combine bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Common | Common Skins | +10% | |
| Epic | Epic Skins | +10% | |
| Unique | Unique Skins | +5% |
There is also a fourth version, Lucky Aura: Rare (Bound), which works on Rare Skins in the same way. The Common and Epic auras give the same 10% bonus. The Unique aura gives half that, at 5%, for the step up from Unique skins.
All four have no level requirement, so you can use them at level 1. They stack to 1,000 in your inventory, which means you never need to clear space for them.

You can’t craft any Lucky Aura. There are three ways to get them, and not every grade comes from all three.
| Item | Season Shop | Achievements | Hidden Cubes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2,550 Oath Coin | Yes | Yes | |
| 40,200 Oath Coin | Yes | Yes | |
| Not sold | No | Yes |
Buying Lucky Aura with Oath Coin
The Season Shop sells the Common and Epic auras for Oath Coin. The Common version costs 2,550 Oath Coin. The Epic version costs 40,200 Oath Coin, which is a big jump, so only buy it if you plan to combine Epic skins soon.

Skin collection achievements
Skin collection achievements also hand out Lucky Aura. Some of their tiers give Rare and Epic auras too. Each one tracks a different group of skins.
- Fashionista: collect skins of any kind
- Boss Imitator: collect Unique Field Monster and Boss Armor Skins
- Tastes Found in Danger: collect Expedition Conquest Skins
- Poko’s Friend: collect Poko’s Bundle Armor Skins
- Au Naturel Orichalcum: collect Crafted Armor Skins
Fashionista also gives titles at its higher tiers. Fashion Forward is the Epic title for owning 300 skins. It gives Natural HP Regen 10 just for owning it, plus PvE Evasion 42 and Evasion Bonus 42 while equipped. Empty Closet is the Unique title for owning more than 700 skins. It gives HP 120 for owning it. While equipped, it gives Combat Speed 3.5%, Natural HP Regen 42 and Cooldown Reduction 3.5%.

Hidden Cubes
Hidden Cubes can drop every grade of Lucky Aura. They are the only way to get Lucky Aura: Unique (Bound), because the shop doesn’t sell it and achievements don’t award it. Altgard alone has 59 hidden cubes, and they can appear in 1,371 possible spots across the region. That makes cube hunting slow, but it’s the only route to the 5% Unique bonus.

Lucky Aura trade and storage limits
Every Lucky Aura is bound to the character that gets it. Plan which character will do your skin combining before you spend Oath Coin.
- You can’t trade it, either through public trade or personal trade.
- You can’t sell it.
- You can keep it in Character Storage.
- You can’t move it to Server Storage, so other characters can’t use it.
Because none of these items can change hands, you have to earn every aura yourself. Do your Common and Epic combines with auras from the shop and achievements, and save the Hidden Cube Unique auras for your Unique skin combines.
