In-game description
Cielo Sereno Observatory is an astronomical observatory in the north-east of Pendola Pass, the map that arrived with the 2.0 update, Frozen Trail. The in-game map marks it for Exodus and Technological loot, and the Deep-Space Telescope sits about 120 m away.
An ordinary round has 28 container spots here, led by 6 Weapon Cases and 6 Wasp Husks, with 4 Ammo Boxes, 4 Medical Bags and a single Rocketeer Husk among the rest. Most are possible spots, and a round fills only some of them. ARC can appear in 13 areas for small ground machines, 2 for small flying machines and 1 for a large ground machine, and which machine shows up varies. There are also spawn points for a Turret and an ARC Turbine, though not every one is used each round. Five Whirring Androids, a Supply Call Station, an Emergency Shelter and 2 ziplines are also on site.
The Northern Transceiver, about 260 m away, is the nearest way out, with the Supermarket Transceiver at about 380 m as a fallback. Husk Graveyard rounds bring 5 spots of their own here. The Epic Pendola Pass Observatory Key opens a locked door in the observatory's main building.
