In-game description
Fulgurous Lord is an Implement: a grimoire that releases its stored spell the moment you open it. No spellcasting skill is needed to use one, so any vocation can unleash High Levin and strike foes with lightning.
You can pick it up from 6 spots in the world, with 2 around Bakbattahl and 1 each near Harve Village and the Sealed Study. 18 chests hold one. Drabnir's Grotto has 2 of them, while Bakbattahl, Borderland Campground, Borderwatch Outpost and the Bridge of Theodracus the Second have 1 each. That makes Bakbattahl a sensible stop for both loose copies and a chest. Barbatos, Beorcan, Lost Mercenary and Skeleton drop it. To buy one, visit Eldart's Apothecary, Agamen Ruins – Apothecary or the Rare Book Stand, or trade with Domingo, Elsa or Morgus.
