Entity, Voice of the Void is a double of the journal's writer, made by the plague and so exact that face and movement match down to the smallest trait. The writer takes it as a sign of how far the sickness can reach, then turns to a darker worry: whether the copy goes deeper than skin, to the organs inside and perhaps to thought itself. You face it in Entropy.
The fight has 2 phases. The Entity calls in copies of other foes: 2 of William, 1 of General Lothaire, 1 of The Orphan and 1 of the Sphinx. A large share of its moveset cannot be blocked, so be ready to dodge its teleport gap-closer, the teleport that brings in adds, the teleport away, its tentacle strikes including the tentacle attack in phase 1, its grab, its flamethrower and its shield. Its attacks do not build up Ignite or Stasis. Defeating it gives 100,000 Catalysts and unlocks the In His Own Image achievement.
