An arrow that adheres to the target and explodes after a time or if attacked, tarring the target. Expended when using Tarring Shot or Incendiary Shot.
In-game description
The Tarring Arrow is an implement: an arrow that sticks to whatever it hits and bursts either after a delay or when the target is struck, coating it in tar. Tarring Shot and Incendiary Shot each use one up.
Treasure chests hold it in 16 spots on the map, with 2 around Ruined Settlement and 1 each near Bakbattahl, Beorcan Stronghold, Checkpoint Rest Town and Crumbling Ruins. Lost Mercenary, Coral Snake and Skeleton drop it. You can also buy it from Roderick's Smithy, Borderwatch Outpost, Runne's Apothecary, Mondaine, Chandler, Grisha's Armory, Celeste's Smithy, Awaran's Arms, Volcanic Island Armory and Gautstafr.
