Headhouse is a named place on The Blue Gate, sitting in the upper right of the in-game map. It lies right beside Traffic Tunnel, about 10 m away, with Data Vault and Security Wing each roughly 100 m off.

In an ordinary round Headhouse has 5 container spots: 2 Ammo Boxes, 2 Worn Backpacks and 1 Grenade Tube. Most of these are possible spots, and a round fills only some of them. ARC can show up here too, with spawn points for a Sentinel and a Turret, though not every spawn point is used each round. There are also areas for small and large ground machines, and which machine shows up varies from round to round. A Mast lift stands here as well.

The nearest way out is the Warehouse Airshaft, about 170 m away in a straight line, followed by Lucky Hatch at about 230 m. The Blue Gate has more than one level, so the walk can be longer. Cold Snap rounds have 4 container spots of their own here, and Lush Blooms rounds have 1.
