Where this night-only Kindlewastes flower grows, how to harvest it, and every recipe it feeds into.

Shadowbloom is a level 25 Uncommon material in Enshrouded that only shows itself in the dark. The plant grows in the Kindlewastes, and its petals stay invisible during the day, so you have to be out gathering at night. In the words of its item text, “The Shadowbloom is one of the few plants resistant to the Kindlewastes heat. Their bright orange glowing petals are only visible at night and are used to make vibrant colors.”

Quick answer: At night, use fast travel to reach the Kindlewastes Ancient Spire, then pick the small orange flowers glowing on the desert floor by hand. Each flower yields 2 or 3 Shadowbloom.

How to harvest Shadowbloom in the Kindlewastes

The flowers cannot be seen in daylight, so you need to go at night.

Let the in-game clock reach night first. In daylight, the petals stay hidden, leaving nothing to harvest.

Select the Ancient Spire in the Kindlewastes on your map and fast travel there.
Circle the spire across the desert floor, scanning for small orange blooms that glow.
Press the Harvest prompt on each flower to pick it. You get 2 or 3 Shadowbloom per plant, and the pickup appears on the left of the screen.
