The Succubus is a boss of Belmont Manor, and you face it in the Hall of Mirrors. The closest Mirror of Life to the fight is Heart of the Maze.
Defeating the Succubus earns you The Temptress, number 12 of the Tarot, along with the spell Life Drain, which costs 5 MP. Keep the spell input pressed and Rose sends a drain out in front of her. It locks on to the closest enemy and hurts it, and Rose regains health whenever it lands damage on that target.
Life Drain has 3 Works of Mercy, and finishing one gives a Blessing to spend on one of its Gifts. To finish them, keep the drain on a single enemy for 5 seconds without a break, explore each room of the Hall of Mirrors, and kill 25 enemies with the spell. The Gifts add bonus damage on ticks while Rose is at full health, stop hits from cutting the cast short, and let the drain hit the 2 nearest enemies at once. One clue about The Temptress names it as the guardian of the Hall of Mirrors in the Glass Gallery.
