Mammon waits in Mammon's Lair, in the Catacombs of Paris. The nearest Mirror of Life is Realm of Old Night, so save there before you go in.
Beating Mammon earns The Miser, card 9 of the Tarot, and the Wheel of Chaos spell for 45 MP. The spell throws a wheel marked with Mammon's eye at whichever foe is closest, from any angle. The wheel lingers briefly, and casting again during that window costs less and sends it after the closest foe once more.
Its Works of Mercy are keeping a wheel spinning for 15 seconds unbroken, killing 5 different enemies with one wheel, and spending 1000 mana on recasts. Each one done gives a Blessing for a Gift: paying with health for extra damage when Rose runs short of mana, damage that grows with each cast until you stop recasting while it is out, or a 1/8 chance of a random effect on a recast. Clues to the Arcana sit at A Door made of Flesh and Eyes in Circle of Greed and in Bishop's Office. Defeating Mammon fulfils The Whisperer, and afterwards Rose takes the obols from the gold hoard, gaining the key item Ferryman's Obol.
