A Damaged Car is a loot container you search for supplies. It is take-only, so you cannot stash anything in it. What one car holds differs from the next, but among other things it can give up Metal Junk, Oil, Flint, Wooden Arrow, Cloth, Components, Gunpowder, Methyl Alcohol, Moonshine, Rope, Small Bottle of Vodka and Vodka. The cars along the frozen river before Bone Cave held Scrap, Cloth and a few Bucks, and one of them held a Wire.
The map has 64 Damaged Car spots. They cluster around Greenhouse, with 16 nearby, and Promenade (House Camp), with 10. Water Tower has 5 close by, House Camp 3 and Crow's Nest 2. Another 25 sit out in the open, away from any named place, so keep an eye out while travelling between landmarks. A few spots were stocked by hand with Bucks, a Car Medkit, Wire or a Wooden Arrow.
