The Wooden Arrow is a piece of ammunition in Permafrost. It is a basic round to keep in your pack, and you can make your own whenever you have Wood, since it is crafted straight from the Inventory with Wood as its only ingredient.
Loose arrows lie around Horizon, which has 11 spots on the map where one can be picked up, so Horizon is where to head for them. They also turn up in containers: check any Ammo Box, Bag, Damaged Car, Damaged Van, Frozen body, Military crate or Toolbox you come across. If you would rather buy them, Eric Hirsch, the General Trader, Sean, Skinwalker and The Mule all stock them, so any of those traders can top up your supply between trips.
