Best medicaments available, sealed in a professional military pack.
In-game description
The Medkit IFAK is a medication in Permafrost: top-grade medical supplies packed into a military-issue kit. Using one restores health and clears Bleeding, Infected Wound, Nasty Wound and Parasites in a single go, so it covers both open wounds and infection when you are carrying only one item.
You can find it lying in the world at Military Area, at Promenade (House Camp) and at Water Tower, so a trip to any of those three is worth a careful look around. It also turns up in containers: check bags, damaged cars, damaged vans, frozen bodies, insulated crates and military crates as you pass them. If searching comes up short, Eric Hirsch and Jeremiah Crow both stock it, and either can sell you one when you meet them.
