In-game description
Small Bottle of Vodka is a food and drink item: a small bottle of spirit that has lost none of its strength for its size. Drinking it gives Cold Resistance 10 and clears three conditions: Parasites, Infected Wound and Nasty Wound. That makes it worth keeping on hand both for cold stretches and as a cure when one of those conditions sets in.
The map has 3 spots where it lies ready to pick up. Promenade (House Camp) holds 2 of them, and Renegade Camp has 1. It can also turn up in a Bag, Damaged Car, Damaged Van, Fridge, Frozen body, Insulated Crate, Military crate, Suitcase or Toolbox, so search those as you pass them. Eric Hirsch and the General Trader both stock it if you would rather buy one.
