Plastic Junk in Permafrost

Plastic pallets are objects you break apart for materials. Breaking one gives Plastic Junk, and the map has 44 spots for them.

The densest clusters are around the Church and the Water Tower, with 11 spots near each, followed by the Greenhouse with 9. Another 5 spots sit near Promenade (House Camp), and Sonnenberg's Clinic and Shallow Rift each have 2 close by. Only 3 spots lie out in the open, away from any named place, so a run that takes in the Church, the Water Tower and the Greenhouse puts you among the most pallet spots for the least wandering.
