The Rock Boulder is a boulder you break with a pickaxe for Stone. The Stone Pickaxe breaks it, and that pickaxe handles both Flint and Stone. Aim at a boulder and the prompt shows its name next to a pickaxe icon. If the icon is red and crossed, the tool in your hand cannot break it.
