Amber
Lunatic's Grasp is an Amber you equip in an Amber Slot at a Lantern, where it gives a passive effect. It makes Ignite and Stasis build up faster, at the price of weaker resistance to those same effects. The Amber has 3 ranks, and each further copy you pick up raises it by one rank.
In the Caverns, look for it in a chest, with Weeping Ledge as the nearest Lantern. The Outskirts hold a copy in a chest closest to the Lighthouse Lantern. At the University, it sits in a trapped chest, and the nearest Lantern there is Laboratories. Picking up copies from these spots is how you raise its rank.
