Getting hit when low on Health causes a Stasis explosion.
Amber
Payback is an Amber that turns a desperate moment into a counterattack. Once your Health has fallen low, taking a hit sets off a Stasis explosion. As with other Ambers, the effect is passive: equip it in an Amber Slot at a Lantern and it works without any input from you, triggering by itself whenever an enemy lands a blow while your Health is low. Payback has 1 rank, so the Amber you pick up already gives its full effect.
Look for Payback in the University, where it drops from the Remnants of the Iron Regiment. It does not sit in a chest or a trapped chest, so you have to take it from these enemies. Laboratories is the nearest Lantern to the spot, which makes it the natural point to set out from before taking them on, and the place to head back to once the Amber is yours so you can fit it into a slot straight away.
