Amber
Perfect Copy is an Amber that strengthens the rest of your setup rather than acting on its own. While it sits in an Amber Slot, it raises the ranks of the other Tier 1 and Tier 2 Ambers you have equipped, so each of those works at a higher rank than it would without it. Ambers are slotted at a Lantern, so place it alongside the lower-tier Ambers you want to push further. Perfect Copy has 1 rank, so it works at full effect from the moment you equip it.
Perfect Copy is in Valley of Ashes, inside a chest. The nearest Lantern to the spot is The Other Side, so rest there before you head out to look for it. Once you have opened the chest, return to a Lantern to put the Amber in a slot. It then raises the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Ambers already in your loadout.
