Sixth Sense is an Amber you equip in an Amber Slot at a Lantern, and it gives a passive effect built around dodging. When you land a Perfect Dodge, your Firearm deals more damage for the duration of that dodge, so a shot fired in the middle of a well-timed evade hits harder. Its second effect comes into play when you dodge bullets: for a brief moment, your perception of time slows down. Both halves depend on timing your evasion well. Sixth Sense has 1 rank, so the version you pick up is the one you keep.
You pick up Sixth Sense from a chest in the City of Orphans. The Lantern nearest the chest is Tribunal Square, which makes it the place to rest and set out from when you go looking for it. Once you have opened the chest and taken the Amber, return to a Lantern to place it in an Amber Slot and switch the effect on.
