Secret message for Chuck
In-game journal
To Chuck <3 is a recording that lies in the Technocrats Colony, a safe zone. The closest fast travel post is Fast Travel: Church, about 300 m away in a straight line, which makes it the easiest starting point for reaching the colony.
The journal describes it as a private message for Chuck. The speaker says they have been unable to concentrate all day for thinking of Chuck, and asks to meet that night on the balcony on the southern side, where the sky looks its finest. They also tell Chuck not to worry about their work, dismissing Amalie's fears over the armour as an overreaction, before signing off. Like other recordings, it starts playing on its own the moment you pick it up. Recordings you collect are kept in the journal, and the MEMOS page holds this one with Play, Pause and Stop so you can listen again.
