Wonderland is one of the round themes in Dress To Impress on Roblox, and the banner gives you only that one word: no character, no colours. We have not had it as a round yet, so the reading here is ours: storybook pastels in light blue, white, pink and lavender, ribbons, a crown on soft curls and one small red accent, like a page from a picture book. Below are two complete looks we built in Freeplay Mode, a light blue shirt-and-skirt set with a black neck ribbon and a long pastel pink robe with lavender curls, with our own picture for each step. Every piece, hairstyle and material used is free, so both work without VIP. For the other themes, see every Dress To Impress theme we have built.
Quick answer: Go for storybook pastels: a light blue shirt and mini skirt with a black neck ribbon, white godets, a red flower and blonde curls, or a long pastel pink robe with lavender curls and a gold crown.
Wonderland outfit ideas in Dress To Impress
Dress To Impress shows no item names, so every piece here is described by where it sits in the Dressing Room, what it looks like and the exact spot we used on the Default palette. Both looks use the same long curls from the hair-dryer chairs in Lana’s Salon. The crown and its gem are parts of that hairstyle, not a separate accessory, so you recolour them in the hair’s own panel. We kept the face we already had from our earlier looks.
Look 1: Light blue set with a black neck ribbon
Our idea: a short light blue top and mini skirt with white pleats, a black ribbon at the neck, a black crown worn like a headband and pale blonde curls. Both pieces come from one stand on the short-dress shelf.

The black top and black shorts that show now are the base body, not a piece. They cannot be taken off, only covered.

We set the small details first and the main colours last; the order does not matter, because each part keeps its colour.

Our first try used the lighter swatch above it (column 4, row 2), and under the runway lights the top and skirt read plain white, so we went one row darker. Row 3 still reads as a soft pastel.

The finished look is a light periwinkle-blue top with a black neck ribbon, a matching mini skirt with white godets, a white belt and a small red flower at the hip, long pale blonde curls and a black crown with a red gem. We wore no shoes.

Daisy raises both arms over the head, which shows the neck ribbon, the belt and the red flower at once.

From the back, the pale blonde curls reach the waist, with the short white pleats of the skirt showing below them.

Look 2: Pastel pink robe with lavender curls
Our idea: one long, soft pink robe with lavender-pink curls and a gold crown, a dreamy storybook look that takes only one piece.

The Wearing panel now shows two pictures: the hair and the robe.

Step to “2/2: Preview” and set lavender (column 3, row 3) with Silk. This part is the waist belt, and it barely shows in our pictures. The hood did not show over the curls either.

The finished look is a long pastel pink robe, lavender-pink curls down to the waist and a gold crown with a red gem.

At full length, the robe falls to the feet, with wide sleeves and a soft line at the waist.

Blossom tilts the head and puts one hand at the waist, a soft pose that suits the long robe.

From the back, the lavender curls fall over the pink robe.

Add to Google Preferences →Why these looks read as Wonderland
Wonderland reads best as a picture book: soft pastels, one clear shape per look and a single strong accent the audience can spot from the stands. Look 1 keeps everything light blue and white, then adds black only where a storybook drawing would have its lines, at the neck ribbon and the crown, plus one red flower. Look 2 does the opposite and stays almost entirely in pink and lavender, with a gold crown as the only shine. This is plain styling advice; we have not seen how either look scores in a real round.
If you want a character in mind, Look 1’s light blue dress shape, black headband and blonde hair are our own nod to the classic storybook Alice; that is our suggestion only. The game does not ask for her or for any character, so a look that simply feels like a fairy tale in pastels fits the theme just as well.
How to recolour a piece and set its material
- Click the piece on its shelf or mannequin; when a “Put On” label shows, click it. Once you wear the piece, click its picture in the Wearing panel to open its colour panel again.
- Pick the part with the arrows beside the part name (“1/4: Skirt”, “2/4: Skirt Godets”, “3/4: Belt” and so on).
- Open the “+” tab and click the material, such as Silk, Light Silk, Glitter or Metallic.
- Choose the colour on the Palette tab (the Default palette; columns are hues, rows run light to dark, and row 8 runs from white to black).
- Repeat for every part. The colours stay on the piece after you close the panel.
To take a piece off, click the heart X under its picture in the Wearing panel. Material tiles with a star badge are star-locked, so leave them alone if you have no stars. The Patterns tab sits next to Palette; we did not use it for these looks.
Wonderland colours on the Default palette
Pastels in row 2 can wash out to white under the runway lights, so both looks use row 3. Check every colour on the runway before you move on.

Poses for Wonderland
We used Daisy for the light blue set and Blossom for the pink robe, both free under Solo in the Poses menu. For the full list with a picture of each, see every free pose in Dress To Impress.
Building it in Freeplay Mode first
Freeplay Mode has no timer, so it is the place to try a colour part by part, see how a pastel reads under the runway lights and check the look from the front and back. Once a look works, you know which shelf, which palette spots and which materials to go to when Wonderland comes up in a real round. For more themes built the same way, see our Boho, Robot Takeover, Album Cover, Potion Maker, Monochrome Mood, Divine Beings, Drag, Sweet 16, Camouflage, Deserted Island, Summer Cruise, Favorite Show, Fairytale, Cotton Candy Couture, Cyberpunk, Birth Stones, Y2K Popstar, Video Game Character, Top Model, Fast Food Mascot, DJ, Award Show, Drama Queen, Instagram Model, Day of the Dead, Malibu Dream, Stained Glass, Summer Camp, Modern Royalty, Trad Goth, Trip To London, Pop Art Princess, Sugar And Spice, Paranormal Investigator, Cursed Lagoon and Complementary Colors outfit ideas.
How a theme round works
We have not had Wonderland as a round yet; this is from ordinary server rounds on other themes. On the main lobby, the theme shows in a banner at the top with a timer under it. After dressing, each player walks the runway in turn, about 7 seconds each, while the others vote with five stars along the bottom of the screen, with a “Voting complete!” banner between players. A “Results” card then ranks the players, followed by an “Intermission” countdown.
The “Pick Theme” button next to the intermission timer lets you choose the theme, but only with Theme Props. The panel reads “You have: 0 Theme Props” and offers a “Buy More” button priced at 75 Robux. We bought none and saw no free ones, so without Robux you wait for Wonderland to roll.
What we have not checked
No round we joined rolled Wonderland, so these looks have not walked a real Wonderland round: there is no score, star count or vote for them. We did not look for an apron, a bow headband, card prints, rabbit ears, striped stockings or tea-party props, and we did not use the Patterns tab. Both looks were built with 0 stars, and nothing was bought.
FAQ
What counts as Wonderland in Dress To Impress?
The game gives only the name. We read it as storybook pastels: light blue, white, pink and lavender, ribbons, a crown or headband, soft curls and one small red or black accent.
Do I have to dress as a specific character?
No. The banner names no character, book or film. Any character you build from is your own choice; our light blue set is only a storybook nod.
Can I do Wonderland without VIP?
Yes. Both looks were built on an account with no VIP and 0 stars, and every piece, hairstyle, colour, material and pose used here worked on it, with no lock or price on any of them. Silk, Light Silk, Glitter and Metallic are free materials; tiles with a star badge are star-locked.
Where are the light blue shirt and skirt?
On the short-dress shelf in the Dressing Room, top row, left stand: a pale blue shirt over a grey skirt. Click the shirt for the top and just under its hem for the skirt, then recolour both.
Where is the long robe?
On the full mannequin to the right of the short-dress shelf, in white with a hood. Click it, close the panel and it stays on; then recolour it from the Wearing panel.
Which pose fits Wonderland?
Daisy, with both arms raised over the head, for the light blue set, and Blossom, with the head tilted and one hand at the waist, for the pink robe. Both are free under Solo.
