Whiskey is a food and drink item, an uncommon spirit that traders value highly. Drinking it gives 20 Health and clears Parasites, Infected Wound and Nasty Wound, so a bottle also works as treatment for those conditions. Its value is 75 Bucks, which is what a trader charges for it.
The map has 5 Whiskey spots, with 2 at Promenade (House Camp) and 1 at Greenhouse. It can also turn up inside fridges, suitcases and toolboxes, and on frozen bodies, so check those as you pass them. If you would rather buy it, Eric Hirsch stocks it.
