In-game description
The Granola Bar is a food item: a snack that was once sold as a healthy choice and has since become one of the sweetest treats left, even though it is made largely of oats. Eating one restores Hunger 40, Energy 40 and Stamina 40, so a single bar tops up three needs at once. That makes it a good thing to keep on hand for moments when you are running low on all of them together.
The map has 3 spots where a Granola Bar lies ready to pick up. Two of them are at the Greenhouse, which makes it the better stop if you want more than one from a single trip. The other is at Promenade (House Camp). You can also buy the bar from traders: Eric Hirsch and Logan Boyce both stock it, so check their goods whenever you meet either of them.
