In-game description
A Can of Soup is a food and drink item you can pick up as you explore Permafrost. The soup inside is unheated, but you can still drink it straight from the can without any preparation. Its effect line shows Hunger 90, so it is a straightforward way to deal with an empty stomach when you come across one.
The map has 4 spots where a Can of Soup lies in the open. Two of them sit at Promenade (House Camp) and one is at the Church, so those two places are the ones to head for if you want to collect it from the ground. Beyond those spots, it can turn up inside fridges, suitcases and toolboxes, and on frozen bodies, so it is worth checking each of these as you pass. If you would rather buy one, Eric Hirsch and Logan Boyce both stock it, and either trader can sell you a can when you run into them.
