Eating it in this form would be such a waste.
In-game description
Frozen Pizza is a food item in Permafrost that you can pick up and eat for a Hunger value of 20. The game itself makes clear that eating it straight from frozen does not make the most of it. Traders also sell it, so it is worth noting when you plan a supply run.
The map has 4 spots where Frozen Pizza lies loose, with one at the Greenhouse and one at the Promenade (House Camp). If you are passing either, check the ground there before moving on. It also turns up inside containers, so search any Bag, Fridge, Suitcase or Toolbox you come across, and check Frozen bodies as well. If you would rather buy it, Frozen Pizza is sold by Eric Hirsch, the General Trader and Logan Boyce, so you can pick it up from any of them you meet on your travels.
