From Connie to Brian (3) is a recording lying on the Promenade at House Camp, an exploration zone. The nearest fast travel post is Crow's Nest, about 110 m away in a straight line, so you can travel there and then head over to the Promenade to pick it up.

Connie's messages to Brian grow harder to decipher as they go on. In this one she asks him to take in his surroundings, complains that he stays shut away in camp while so much of the world lies beyond it, and protests that this is unfair. She then gives what she calls her final hint, which points to a ruin standing somewhere between House Camp and the Solars. The recording starts playing on its own as soon as you pick it up. After that it stays in your journal, where the MEMOS page lets you play, pause or stop it whenever you want to hear it again.
