Return to Hunter's Glade is a tape lying on the desk in the cabin at the top of the Hunter's Glade tower, the room High Frequency sends you to. Hunter's Glade is an exploration zone, and the nearest fast travel post is Fast Travel: Church, about 240 m away in a straight line. The tape belongs to the side quest Return to Hunter's Glade, which Robyn offers after Separated and which asks you to bring the tape back from the tower.
On the tape, Ethan speaks to his daughter Robyn after calling in while she was away hunting. He is heading back to the Solars to get communications working again. He warns her that another severe storm is on its way, one Dr. Sonnenberg expects to last a long time, so she should stock up on food. He also calls the glade exposed and tells her to consider a hidden camp further off. The tape plays as soon as you pick it up, and the journal keeps it on its MEMOS page with Play, Pause and Stop.
