Wait… what?!
In-game journal
The Lost Wife #3 is a recording that lies at the Solar Power Plant, a safe zone. The nearest fast travel post is Fast Travel: Solar Fields, about 70 m away in a straight line. It belongs to The Lost Wife, a side quest about a man searching desperately for his wife.
The recording captures a confrontation. Someone keeps the tape running while Frank's companions beg him to back away from Helen. They insist that the creature in front of him is not the woman he married, and they want to leave because he will not listen. Frank goes on declaring his devotion to her until he notices something wrong with her features. Then he turns on her and denies that she is his Helen at all. Like other recordings, it starts playing by itself as soon as you pick it up. Recordings you collect are kept in the journal, where the MEMOS page lets you play, pause and stop them.
