In-game journal
Liam's Confession #2 is a recording that lies at Horizon, a safe zone, with Fast Travel: Horizon about 30 m away in a straight line. It belongs to Separated, the side quest Robyn gives after Horizon's Kitchen, which has you track down Liam's favorite spot. That spot is a plateau on a crag a few minutes outside Horizon's gate, reached by jumping up snowy rock ledges. The first recording sits on the cooler by the collapsed tent, and this second one is at the Wooden crate on the cliff edge. A Recipe note beside the cooler teaches Wooden Chest.
A different speaker takes over here. They blame themselves for ruining someone's life, refuse to let themselves grieve or carry on as normal, and talk of dying as the only fitting punishment. The recording starts playing as soon as you pick it up, and the journal keeps it afterwards on its MEMOS page, where you can replay it with Play, Pause and Stop.
