I might be able to pick up another message from Icarus, but first: some renovation work!
In-game journal

Breaking the Radio Silence is a main quest in the House Camp line, and its aim is to hear a transmission from Icarus. It opens once you finish House Camp Flipper. You begin by talking to Anna and getting the key to the Church's tower. The Church is a safe zone, and its tower is your route to the roof. Repair the stairs, climb up to the roof, fix the radio there and listen to what Icarus sends. Then pick up the blueprints from Anna and craft Utility Boots, Hybrid Gloves, a Hybrid Hat, a Hybrid Jacket and Hybrid Pants. The last step is asking Anna about the next tower.

Anna gives you the tower key as part of the quest. When it is done you receive 20 Bucks and a Mountain Backpack, along with the Dismantle Bench recipe and recipes for Hybrid Boots, Hybrid Gloves, a Hybrid Jacket, a Hybrid Hat and Hybrid Pants.
