Reach "The Estate"
In-game journal
Suit Up is a main quest in the Technocrats line. You are after the plans for Permafrost Armor, and the person holding them is Emily, one of the Technocrats, who is staying at The Estate. The journal sets one goal: get to The Estate. That is the first step, and The Estate is the only region the quest sends you to. Once you arrive, the quest moves on to its second step, which is to speak with Amalie Owlgate over the intercom. The whole errand is a single journey followed by a conversation.
Getting to The Estate and making contact through the intercom is all Suit Up asks of you. When you finish the conversation with Amalie Owlgate, the quest closes and leads into The Guided Tour, the next quest in the Technocrats line.
