Horizon's Kitchen is a main quest in the Horizon line, and it opens once Feel The Heat is done. Robyn wants a meal made from meat, and the work stays inside the Horizon safe zone. You cook the meat first, then go back to Robyn and tell her the food is ready, which closes the quest.

The kitchen is the building with the cooking-pot sign to the left of Horizon's gate. Press F at its Campfire, put Wood in the fuel slots and press X to light the fire. Raw Meat goes in the PRIMARY slot, and pressing R turns it into a Dish in 3.6 seconds. Eating the Meat raw gives you the Parasites effect, but the cooked Dish does not. Finishing the quest with Robyn leads straight into Dog Days, the next quest in the Horizon line, and also opens the side quest Separated.
