Scavenge the Helicopter on the roof near the Estate

In-game journal

Helicopter, Helicopter is a side quest in the Technocrats line. A helicopter has come down on a roof near the Estate, and Eric of the Technocrats colony will trade goods and more information about it for what you salvage. Because the wreck sits up on a roof, your first step is to locate a rooftop spot you can jump from. From there you make your way across to the helicopter, strip 4 of its electric parts and, if you want, search the wreck for clues; the clue search is optional. With the parts in hand, head back to Eric, report in and collect your reward.

The quest asks you to bring back the 4 electric parts taken from the wreck. In return, Eric pays out Electric Parts x20, Bucks x50 and Electric Heater x5.
