Deliver the ashes
In-game journal
Forgotten Tribute is a side quest in the White Hell quest line, and the only region it sends you to is White Hell. The task comes down to handing over a set of ashes to the right people. It opens with you taking the ashes into your keeping. From there the quest becomes a search, and your next job is to find the brothers somewhere in White Hell. Once you have tracked them down, you speak with Bobby and Jack, and the quest closes when you collect your reward.
The one item the quest names is the ashes, which you pick up at the first step and carry until you reach the brothers. Keep them with you for the whole search, since handing them over is the point of the errand. The reward comes at the final step, after your talk with Bobby and Jack, so that conversation is what leads to the payout. Finishing the quest moves you further along the White Hell line.
