In-game journal

The Guided Tour is a main quest in the Technocrats line, and it opens once Suit Up is done. Its goal is to learn more about Technocrats Colony, the safe zone where Amalie Owlgate means to walk you round the places that matter most there. You begin by speaking with Amalie at the next intercom, then go and meet Eric. After that, head to the intercom by the Med Bay, repair it, and go back to talk with Amalie. The last step is to offer her your help.

Finishing the tour pays 100 Bucks and teaches you the Professional Smelter and Quality Metal recipes. The Technocrats line then carries on with Gardener, Mechanic, Tribal, Spy, which follows directly from The Guided Tour.
