Electric Sheeps is a main quest in the Technocrats line, and its journal goal is to track down Icarus' robot and get it working again. Icarus has gone missing, and the broken machine is your best lead on where he went. You begin by collecting the Permafrost Armor Blueprints, then make your way to Icarus' workshop in an abandoned building. Once there, repair the robot and speak with Icarus' invention. The final step is to ask Anna for help. The Technocrats Colony, a safe zone, is the named place the quest's objectives send you to.

The only item the steps name is the Permafrost Armor Blueprints, which you collect before heading to the workshop. Anna is the character tied to the quest, and she is the one you turn to at the end. Once Electric Sheeps is done, the Technocrats line carries on with Grumpy Friend.
