Skinwalker challenged me to retrieve a trophy hidden deep in the Cold Zone, testing how far can I climb while on verge of death!

In-game journal

Skinwalker's side quest belongs to the House Camp quest line, and your journal gives it a single goal: pick up the Skinwalkers Trophy. Skinwalker dares you to fetch a trophy tucked far inside the Cold Zone, a test of how high you can get while close to dying. The steps come in a fixed order. First, take the key from Skinwalker's storage box. Next, travel to the Cold Zone, which lies in the centre of House Camp, an exploration zone. Once there, open the box in the middle of the Cold Zone and take Skinwalkers Item. Finally, return to Skinwalker and report back.

The key from Skinwalker's storage box opens the box at the heart of the Cold Zone, so collect it before you set out. What you bring back to Skinwalker is Skinwalkers Item, and reporting in with it is the last step of the quest.
