Goodbye, my dear deers!
In-game journal
Oh, Deer is a side quest in the Woods quest line, and its goal is to locate and kill 5 deer or does. Its journal note is a cheerful farewell to the animals you are about to hunt. The quest keeps you in the Woods. You start it through Skinwalker's challenges: under the Critters and herbivores entry, picking Deer begins the quest with the Hunt deer tracker running. From there you hunt deer until the tracker reaches 5, then go back and report to Skinwalker, and finally collect your reward.
The only animals the quest asks for are deer, and does count towards the total just as deer do, so you can take whichever you come across in the Woods. Once you have made your report to Skinwalker, the quest pays out 3 Ultra Dish (H/W/E).
