Two Runaway Bride looks, a short white corset ball dress with chunky sneakers and a long white tiered ruffle gown, with the exact shelves, colors and poses.

Runaway Bride (searched most as “runaway bride dti”) is one of the round themes in Dress To Impress on Roblox. The game gives only the name, so we read it as a bride who has run off in the middle of her wedding: a white wedding dress, sneakers instead of heels so she can run, loose hair and a fresh glam face. We built two looks in Freeplay Mode and took our own pictures of every step. Every piece and color here worked without Robux, so both looks work without VIP. For the other themes, see every Dress To Impress theme we have built.

Quick answer: For Runaway Bride, wear a short white corset ball dress with a ruffled high-low skirt, white chunky sneakers, loose light brown hair and a smiling glam face, or a long white tiered ruffle gown with a white corset bodice and the same sneakers.

Runaway Bride outfit ideas in Dress To Impress

Dress To Impress shows no item names, so every piece here is described by where it sits, what it looks like and its color on the Default palette (rows from the top, columns from the left). White is the first heart of the bottom row. Set a piece’s colors while it is still a preview, then press “Put On”; a piece you already wear is recolored from the Wearing panel. The black top and shorts in some pictures are the base body; the clothes cover them. Our model keeps a blue-grey skin tone from an earlier build, and any skin tone works.

We found no veil and no bouquet. We looked along the tops wall and the party-dress shelf and saw neither, so these looks do without them. The white sneakers are the “running away” part of both looks, and the second look reuses them.

Look 1: Short white ball dress with chunky sneakers

Our idea: a bride who grabbed the hem and ran, in a short white corset ball dress with a high-low ruffled skirt, white chunky sneakers, loose hair and a happy face.

Go to the party-dress shelf in the Dressing Room, to the left of the pink tiered gown mannequin. On the lower row, put on the middle dress: a pale pink corset ball dress with a ruffled high-low skirt. We already had it on from an earlier look, so we recolored it from the Wearing panel: open Wearing and click the dress picture. The hair and the face in these first pictures are left from that earlier build; steps 4 and 5 change them.

Step to part 2 with the arrow, the ruffled underskirt, and click the same white. The whole dress turns white.

Go to the makeup vanity in Lana’s Salon and sit at it. Open the Feminine tab (beside Toy Codes and Masculine) and pick the middle card in row 3: a soft glam face with a smile, rosy blush, long lashes and glossy lips. The seat has a 3:00 timer; press Space to leave.

For the hair we used long sleek straight hair from the Straight tab at the Lana’s Salon hair chairs. To change its color, open the Wearing panel, click the hair picture and pick a light brown from the browns on the palette. We did not note which heart; any light brown or tan reads well against the white.

Walk to the shoe shelf in the Dressing Room, next to the white fluffy fur jacket stand. The top shelf holds sneakers; the chunky pair we used is white with pink panels on the shelf.

Open Poses and click Crystal, the fifth pose in the Solo list (Satin, Lilac, Dazzle, Pearly, Crystal, Sparkle and Daisy). It puts both hands up at the neck.

Look 2: Long white tiered gown with the same sneakers

Our idea: the full church-wedding gown, floor-length white ruffles and a corset bodice, with the white sneakers from Look 1 still underneath.

Take Look 1’s dress off: open the Wearing panel and click the heart X under the dress picture. Keep the sneakers on. Recolor the hair from the Wearing panel too: we picked pale blonde, the yellow column, row 2. The base black top and shorts show for now.

Go back to the party-dress shelf. On the lower row, the left mannequin wears a white puff-sleeve mini with a corset bodice. Watch where you click: clicking low on it gave us its ruffle mini skirt, which we took off again from the Wearing panel.

Check the Wearing panel: the hair, the sneakers, the gown, the sleeves and the corset. On the runway the corset reads white, while the puff sleeves, the trim at the neckline and the lacing show a soft pink, so the gown ends up white with pink accents.

Why these looks read as Runaway Bride

A runaway bride is a bride on the move: the white dress says wedding, and everything else says she is leaving. Look 1 is the quick-escape version, a short high-low skirt and chunky sneakers. Look 2 is the full gown with sneakers hidden under the ruffles, the bride who ran off without changing. Both keep the hair loose and the face happy. That is plain styling advice; we have not seen how either look scores in a real round.

How to make a dress white in Dress To Impress

  1. Click the piece so it shows on you as a preview, and pick the part with the arrow beside the part name (“1/2: Preview”, “1/5: Skirt” and so on).
  2. Click white, the first heart of the bottom row of the Default palette, for that part. Do the same for every part, or the pink shows through on the parts you skipped.
  3. Press “Put On”.
  4. To recolor a piece you already wear, open the Wearing panel, click its picture and set the colors again. That is how we turned the pale pink ball dress white.
  5. To take a piece off, click the heart X under its picture in the Wearing panel.

These are the spots we used. The sneakers, dress, gown and corset all use the same white.

Runaway Bride pieces to look for

Poses for Runaway Bride

Any free pose from the Poses menu works; the Solo list starts with Satin, Lilac, Dazzle, Pearly, Crystal, Sparkle and Daisy. We used Crystal for the short ball dress and Dazzle for the long gown. We saw no running pose in the list. For the full list with a picture of each, see every free pose in Dress To Impress.

Building it in Freeplay Mode first

Freeplay Mode has no timer, so it is the place to find the pieces and try colors without a round running out. That matters here: both dresses have several parts, and each one has to be set to white or a pink part shows. The dresses are on the party-dress shelf and the gown mannequin beside it, the sneakers on the shoe shelf, and the hair and face in Lana’s Salon. Once a look works, you know where to go when Runaway Bride comes up in a real round. How a theme round works

We have not had Runaway Bride as a round yet; this is from ordinary server rounds on other themes. On the main lobby, the theme shows in a banner at the top with a timer under it. After dressing, each player walks the runway in turn, about 7 seconds each, while the others vote with five stars along the bottom of the screen, with a “Voting complete!” banner between players. A “Results” card then ranks the players, followed by an “Intermission” countdown.

The “Pick Theme” button next to the intermission timer lets you choose the theme, but only with Theme Props. The panel reads “You have: 0 Theme Props” and offers a “Buy More” button priced at 75 Robux. We bought none and saw no free ones, so without Robux you wait for Runaway Bride to roll.

What we have not checked

No round we joined rolled Runaway Bride, so these looks have not walked a real round: there is no score, star count or vote for them. We found no veil or bouquet along the tops wall or the party-dress shelf, but we did not search every shelf. We did not change the hairstyle itself between the looks, only its color, and we did not try a messy or half-down style. Both looks were built with 0 stars, and nothing was bought.

FAQ

What is Runaway Bride in Dress To Impress?

It is a round theme. The game shows only the name, so players dress as a bride who has run away from her wedding: a white wedding dress with something that says “escape”, such as sneakers, loose hair or a running pose.

What should I wear for Runaway Bride in DTI?

A short white corset ball dress with a high-low ruffled skirt, white chunky sneakers, loose light brown hair and a smiling soft glam face, or a long white tiered ruffle gown with a white corset bodice and the same sneakers.

Can I do Runaway Bride without VIP?

Yes. Both looks were built on an account with no VIP and 0 stars, and every piece, face card and color used here worked on it.

Is there a veil in Dress To Impress?

We did not find one. We looked along the tops wall and the party-dress shelf in the Dressing Room and saw no veil and no bouquet, so both looks here go without them.

Where are the white sneakers in DTI?

On the shoe shelf in the Dressing Room, next to the white fluffy fur jacket stand: the chunky sneakers on the top shelf. They are white with pink panels on the shelf; set all three parts to white before you press “Put On”.

Can I make the pink ball dress white?

Yes. Open the Wearing panel, click the dress picture and click white (bottom row, first heart) for both of its parts. That is how we got Look 1’s white ball dress.
